SDETs, or Software Development Engineers in Test, play a key role in the software development lifecycle. Working alongside software developers, business analysts, and product owners, SDETs are responsible for testing web applications, identifying and reporting defects, and developing automation scripts to catch any software bugs. This helps ensure that software is of high quality and meets customer requirements.
All our classes are held online, giving you the flexibility to join from anywhere with an internet connection. Our students often find that the online format is even more engaging than in-person classes.
The IT field is very broad and has many different areas of focus. Salesforce and SDET both belong within the IT field but are different from one another.
SDET stands for Software Development Engineer in Test. Their job is to ensure websites work properly by writing code to test them and find & report problems.
Meanwhile, Salesforce is a leading CRM platform used by sales, marketing, and support teams to manage their customer relationships. It helps business run smoothly by making it easier to connect with partners, customers, and potential customers. Salesforce developers help to customize and manage the platform.
